HSdataline was formed in 1979 in response to the lack of quality Data Cabling Services available from companies in the UK who understand computing and the special needs of the computer user.

The Company was formed with the basic philosophy that data cabling is an important part of any computer system and that its installation is a job for professionals.

This basic philosophy of "Quality Workmanship at Realistic Prices" has been successfully maintained over the last twenty four years and in fact today HSdataline has in excess of 1,000 customers and is one of the most respected data cabling companies in the industry.

This large customer base includes many household names in Commerce and Industry including NATIONWIDE BUILDING SOCIETY, COORS (Formally BASS), BRITVIC, FISONS, BBC, ROVER GROUP, MINISTRY OF DEFENCE and THE HOME OFFICE.

Over recent years HSdataline has been extensively involved in the Educational Sector, providing full Network Integration Services.

More specifically HSdataline are also a BRAND-REX, EXCEL, NORDX, RW DATA, KRONE and PANDUIT approved installer and one of the first IBM LAN WIRING DEALERS in the UK.

HSdataline has an Extensive Engineering base on the road who provide a UK and European service. All our Engineers are fully trained and conversant in the strict requirements for the installation of local Area Networks, for example 10 Base 2 / 10 Base T Ethernet, Broadband, Cat 5 and Cat 5 enhanced, as well as RS232 and all Coax systems.

HSdataline has been involved in many of the largest UTP and STP Installations using Cat 5/5e for many years and more recently the new standard Category 6 (Cat6) components as well as having our own Specialist Fibre Optic Division.

HSdataline is the type of data cabling company who invests in employees; the Engineers are not only highly skilled technicians, but are also attitude trained by ourselves to ensure that they are always polite and understanding of the problems that can be encountered by the customer. They are trained to be quiet in their methods of working and fit in with the working environment of the customer. A great deal of importance is placed on the fact that the engineers are smartly dressed in the HSdataline uniform.

All of our Engineers wear Personal Identity Badges ensuring full security in sensitive areas.

At the head office in Rubery, Birmingham, the field engineers are backed up by nine highly trained Customer Support Personnel who’s function is to specify the system, carry out site surveys, prepare quotations and provide complete Project Management.
